‘The Internal Customer’
In the context of Quality Customer Service (QCS), the ‘internal customer’ refers to one of the 12 Guiding Principles of QCS: “Ensure staff are recognised as internal customers and that they are properly supported and consulted with regard to service delivery issues.” This meeting will explore the internal provision of services – for the public service by the public service – as well as looking at employee engagement.
