The next Quality Customer Service Network meeting will take place on Wednesday 10 June (10:30 until 12:00), with the theme of Addressing Covid-19 Customer Service Challenges & Innovating for the Future.

Customer Service Survey

To assess the customer service Covid-19 response across the Public Service, the OPS2020 Action 2 & 3 Team is undertaking a Survey of the Public Service on Innovative Responses to Customer Service Delivery.

The objective of this survey is to consider those lessons learned, and potential learnings that could be applied in the medium to long-term, in advance of the QCSN webinar on 10 June.

The survey will be open for responses until COB, Friday 29 May.
