Angela Denning

CEO of The Courts Service

Angela Denning is the Chief Executive of the Courts Service where she leads an ambitious modernisation programme centred around digital delivery of services so as to improve access to justice. She has over 20 years operational experience in the Courts Service and was working in the Reform Division of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform prior to her recent appointment.

 

Eilís O’Connell

Head of HR and Corporate Affairs, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine

Eilís O’Connell has responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for the HR and Corporate Affairs area at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. The Divisions reporting to her include Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Legal Services, Communications, Data Management, Management Services and Accommodation, ISO and Health and Safety.

 

 

Eddie O’Loughlin

Eddie O Loughlin is the PMO manager within the LGMA having recently joined the organisation in Feb 2020. A mechanical Engineer by profession, Eddie has gained extensive Project Management, Business Transformation, Lean & Innovation experience across the Pharmaceutical, Energy and Waste industries during his career. Eddie represented the LGMA and Local Government during the pilot stages of the OPS2020 national innovation strategy development programme.

 

Dr Lucy Fallon Byrne

Dr Lucy Fallon-ByrneAssistant Secretary within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform
Dr Lucy Fallon – Byrne is an Assistant Secretary within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform where she is responsible for Public Service Reform and is Programme Director for the Reform and Delivery Office. Lucy has specialist expertise in the areas of organisational development, employee engagement and organisational innovation. She completed her PhD on the dynamics of innovation in Ireland’s Public and Private sector organisations.

Prior to her current appointment, Lucy was Assistant Director General, Head of Corporate Affairs at the Central Statistics Office. Here she had a programme of organisational transformation and development and employee engagement and innovation. Prior to this, Lucy was with the Department of Social Protection and was involved in backing the transformation programme which resulted in the new Intreo service.

Before joining the Department of Social Protection Lucy was Director of the National Centre for Partnership and Performance where she was responsible for driving workplace innovation. She has also worked in the Education Sector and oversaw the development of the new primary school curriculum.
